Deposit Policy

To reserve your project start date and begin work, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit: 

  • Secures your place in the studio calendar

  • Covers initial research, strategy, and preparation

  • Ensures dedicated time and resources are allocated to your project 

Work does not begin until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files, before release of editable assets.

Refunds & Cancellations

Digitally Holistic provides premium creative and strategic services. Because of the time, preparation, and scheduling required, the following policies apply.

Deposits:

All projects require a 50% non‑refundable deposit to reserve your start date and begin work. This deposit covers:

  • Project preparation

  • Research

  • Strategy development

  • Reserved time on the studio calendar

Refunds:

Due to the nature of creative and strategic work.

  • Deposits are non‑refundable.

  • Completed work is non‑refundable.

  • If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, all completed work to date will be invoiced.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule:

  • Please notify us at least 7 days in advance.

  • We will offer the next available opening.

  • Rescheduling does not change the non‑refundable deposit.

Project Pauses:

If a project is paused by the client for more than 14 days, a restart fee may apply to re‑enter the workflow and timeline.

Studio Cancellations:

If Digitally Holistic must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any unused portion of your payment will be refunded.

  • Send invoices, proposals, and updates

  • Improve our website and offerings

  • Maintain internal records 

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities, and boundaries for working with Digitally Holistic.

Scope of Work

All services, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in your proposal. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require a separate quote or change order.

Payments

  • A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to begin.

  • The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files, before release of editable assets.

  • Late payments may delay project timelines.

Client Responsibilities

To keep the project on schedule, clients agree to:

  • Provide requested materials on time

  • Respond to communication within agreed timelines

  • Give clear, consolidated feedback

Delays in communication may extend the project timeline.

Revisions

Each service or package includes a set number of revisions, outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

  • Final, approved deliverables become yours once the project is paid in full.

  • Drafts, concepts, strategy documents, and unused creative remain the property of Digitally Holistic.

  • Digitally Holistic may showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing.  Confidentiality                                                                                                                                                                 Both parties agree to keep project materials and sensitive information confidential.                             

Project Timeline
Timelines are estimates and depend on client responsiveness. Delays in feedback or content may shift the delivery date.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project in writing. The client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date. Deposits remain non‑refundable.
Liability
Digitally Holistic is not liable for:
 

  • Loss of revenue

  • Business decisions made using project materials

  • Technical issues outside our control
